On Sunday 31st October, we had a day of light parties, to celebrate that Jesus is the Light of the World.
We held a party in the morning for all out children and young people who attend church. We watched a video about light, played games and made the most amazing lanterns. We then went into the service and shared what we had been doing.
Then in the evening, under the disco lights, we held another light party for the community, including children who attend our youth club. There was lots of noise, balloons, games and good. We had a talk with torches about Jesus being the Light of the World. It was a great night!
