At youth club on Friday night, we visited the ice cream parlour, Gallones in Towcester.
We learnt about the history of ice cream making, and also about the history of the Gallones brand. The youngsters learnt about how to make ice cream and then had a go! As a group they made some pink mint flavoured ice cream which we will taste next week!
The children also did some blindfold testing of ice cream and then had a cone of their choice to enjoy. It was a great night out!
