5 Ways to Wellbeing Sports Finale

A number of young people, including some who had taken part in the 5 Ways to Wellbeing Course, which has run over 2021, were invited to the finale, a sports event, held at the Tove Valley Centre on Sunday afternoon.


The youngsters had 45 minutes of karate with an instructor, Brian. Then after some mindfulness, they had 45 minutes of mixed sports, such as football, archery and boccia.


Then after a snack break, they had a dance workshop with Lisa, who taught them a complicated street dance, which was a lot of fun!
